St. Mary's Cathedral, dedicated in 1872, is the mother church and seat of the Bishop of the Diocese of Ogdensburg - anchoring the Catholic life of New York's North Country. Built in the Gothic Revival style near the St. Lawrence River, the Cathedral celebrates daily Mass and the sacraments, its parish community shared with neighboring Notre Dame Church.
