About Us  

Meraki was founded by  Isabel Garcia , a Venezuelan-American entrepreneur, baker, and parish leader, widely recognized within the Saint Katharine Drexel Parish in Weston and now serving actively at  Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish . Alongside her husband  Fernando Ludert , Isabel has combined her love for faith and food with her entrepreneurial spirit.  

Together, they have led  Compass Ministry , inspiring others through service while building successful businesses that stay true to their values.  

Meraki was born out of Isabel’s desire to share joy through desserts that align with healthier lifestyles. Her heartfelt mission: to craft the best  gluten-free and sugar-free desserts that bring families and communities together around the table.
